Emailing Internal Database for Our Events

This process is used to email our internal database and market to them our seminars.

There are 2 sequences for each email campaign.

1. The Interest Sequence & 2. The Follow Up Sequence.

1. The Interest Sequence

The main purpose of this sequence is to get people to click and download the brochure. There are 5 emails in this sequence

Email 1- 8 weeks before event (sent on Monday noon at 3 pm Malaysian time)

Email 2 - 2 days after Email 1 (Sent on Wednesday noon at 4 pm Malaysian time)

Email 3 - 6 weeks before event (send on Monday)

Email 4 - 2 days after email 3.

Email 5 - 4 Weeks before event date.

Email Broadcast - 3 weeks before event date - send by outlining the latest participants.

ACTIONS UPON CLICK

1. Pause Interest sequence

2. Add to to Follow Up sequence

3. TAG - Clicked - Event Name

 

2. The Follow Up Sequence

This sequence is send to those people who already clicked in the "Interest Sequence".

There are 3 emails sent to them:

Email 1 - Immediately after they have clicked.

Email 2 - 1 Days Later

Email 3 - 2 Days Later

Email 4 - 2/1/2 weeks before event a Broadcast is sent by outlining who's attending and asking them how we can help them to register, since they showed interest before.

ACTIONS WHEN PEOPLE ARE ASSIGNED TO THIS SEQUENCE

Repeat 1 & 2 from the Interest Sequence i.e.

1. Pause Interest sequence

2. Add to to Follow Up sequence
